Can I link my own domain name? The option to use your own domain is also available, please visit our "Linking your own domain" tutorial for instructions. Domain linking is FREE!
How long does a site take to activate? Your site is instantly activated as soon as you sign up!
Do I need my own webhosting? No, Nexus sites are hosted on our own web servers, along with 100MB of web space. You have full control of your web space via our kick-ass file manager!
Do I need to know HTML or any other computer based languages? No, our websites are controlled and organised with our clean and user-friendly interface. It's as easy as any modern text editor, like Microsoft Word.
Can I use my own skin/design? At the moment this service is not available. However, we aim to introduce this service in the near future; for a one-off fee. To accompany this we will also be offering a custom design service.
Do I need my own domain? No, each site is given a subdomain of rizenexus.com, for example, yourteam.rizenexus.com.
What happens if my site has gone into hibernation, can I revive it and keep all existing content? Yes, we keep expired websites for up to three months after it's in 'hibernation'. If you require your website to be re-activated, please contact a member of staff via our contact page.
Are you hiring? Not yet! However, we are always on the look out for dedicated members to join the team contribute their idea's to our rapidly growing service.
How often are new skins added? We strive to keep our customers up-to-date with modern and professional skins, and aim to introduce new layouts and skins on a regular basis.
Can I sell you the skin I made? At present moment, no, in the near future, definitely. We will be compiling a design guide of what needs to be considered when creating a skin for the nexus system from which we hope to receive some fresh designs from you freelancers out there!
Do you provide additional graphics, like banners? I'm afraid we don't have the resources to offer you extra banners or other graphics.. yet :)
Do you have a referral/affiliate program? If you are interested in becoming an affiliate or organising a referral program, please take a look at our partners and contact pages for more information.
Do you sponsor teams or leagues? Yes we do sponsor, both teams and leagues, but at the moment our workload is too heavy to take any more on. Please see our Teams and Partners page for more information.
